1. Agreement to terms

By purchasing or using Shopbell's AI voice agent service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Shopbell provides AI voice agents that answer phone calls on behalf of your business, including appointment booking, lead capture, call transcription, and call summaries, via the shopbell.ai marketing site and the app.shopbell.ai dashboard.

3. Plans & billing

• Self-Serve: $99/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime.
• Done-For-You: a one-time $1,500 setup fee plus $99/month.
• Enterprise: custom pricing per signed order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to configure your agent (hours, pricing, policies).
• You are responsible for complying with call recording, consent, and disclosure laws applicable to your business and callers.
• You will not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

5. AI limitations

The Service uses AI voice technology and may occasionally misunderstand callers or provide incomplete answers. Shopbell is a tool to assist your business, not a guarantee of any particular business outcome (e.g. bookings, revenue, or lead volume).

6. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or third-party provider outages (telephony, hosting, AI model providers) may affect availability.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your Self-Serve or Done-For-You subscription at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopbell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including missed calls, missed appointments, or lost business.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
